Description

the mongrel_rails configuration option is only respected on the client (capistrano) side of things, but not on the server side of things. this leads to trouble when you're dealing with a system that puts gem bins in a nonstandard place (i.e. on a recent ubuntu) and can't change your path (i.e. sudo on ubuntu is compiled with the secure_path option).

FWIW patch is against rel_1_1_4 instead of trunk (mongrel_cluster in trunk doesn't work for me)
