Mongrel compilation failure with latest JRuby (trunk and upcoming 1.1.2)

Description

Since JRuby now loads its classes not from classpath, but from the boot class path, and attempt to retrieve the class path from 'java.class.path' property during the rake build will not be successful (empty string would be returned).

The proposed patch fixes the problem and the build failures with latest JRuby.
